1. Prep the Paste:

Blend soaked cashews + poppy seeds + chopped tomato into a smooth paste. Set aside.
2. Cook the Base:

Heat ghee/oil in a pan. Add whole spices and sauté for a few seconds.

Add sliced onions, sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste, cook until raw smell disappears.

Add the cashew-tomato paste, stir well and cook for 5–7 mins until oil starts to separate.

Add turmeric, chili, coriander powders, and sauté for a minute.
3. Add Curd and Cream:

Lower the heat and slowly stir in whisked curd, mix gently to avoid curdling.

Once well mixed, add fresh cream and stir until combined and creamy.
4. Add Paneer:

Add paneer cubes (fried or plain) and salt. Mix gently.

Add ¼ cup water to adjust consistency. Simmer for 4–5 minutes.
