Ingredients (Makes 2 sandwiches)

  • 4 bread slices (white, brown, or multigrain)

  • 4–6 tbsp chocolate spread (Nutella, melted chocolate, or your favorite spread)

  • 1 tbsp butter or ghee (for toasting)

  • Optional add-ins:

    • Choco chips or grated chocolate

    • Sliced bananas, strawberries, or nuts

    • Pinch of cinnamon or a sprinkle of sugar


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Sandwich

  1. Spread a generous layer of chocolate spread on one side of each bread slice.

  2. If using, sprinkle some choco chips, sliced fruits, or nuts on top of the chocolate.

  3. Close the sandwich with another slice of bread.


Step 2: Toast or Grill

  1. Heat a tawa, non-stick pan, or sandwich toaster.

  2. Spread a little butter or ghee on the outer sides of the sandwich.

  3. Toast on medium heat until golden brown and crispy, flipping carefully if on a pan.
